Compatibility Assessment

In an effort to save clients both time and money, Ultimate Placements offers an electronic compatibility tool.  Clients can improve the accuracy of hiring decisions using these tools.

• Job Profile - Clients complete a survey from which a profile is created defining the ideal candidate's traits.
• Candidate Profile - Candidate completes a profile which assesses their personality traits.
• Profile Comparison Chart - The two profiles are compared, making a compatibility assessment between the client's requirements and the candidates profile.
• Behavior-based Interviews - Behavior-based questions to be used during the interview help to furnish an accurate indication of a candidate's future behavior and potential for success.
